2 T Oil
Washed potatoes, sliced into ½ cm slices
Butter, cut into slivers
Chicken stock powder
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Brush a roasting dish with oil. Layer potatoes in base, top with some butter, and sprinkle with chicken stock. Repeat layering until all potatoes are used up (finishing with the chicken stock). Bake until potatoes are cooked and crunchy. Serve with crumbed schnitzel, and mixed veges.
