400 gm pork mince
½ C breadcrumbs
1 apple, unpeeled, cored, grated and juice squeezed out.
1 zucchini, grated and juice squeezed out.
1 onion, finely chopped
Mix all ingredients together, and shape into patties (I often also add grated carrot for added flavour and colour). Spray frypan with oil and cook patties until cooked all the way through. Assemble burgers with fried onion rings, tomato sauce, grainy mustard (if desired), lettuce, tomatoes, capsicum rings, and mayonnaise. Serve with oven baked chips for a very filling meal that ticks all the boxes.
